Welcome to the 5th dimension with your podcast and newsletter, "5D Metamorphosis -


We are all born free. But what does it really mean? When we are born, we had no information about the world we had just entered. Total emptiness. We were ourselves, consciousness at its purest, naked. 


From the moment we are born, our body remains our only vessel to navigate in a physical environment which we had no idea of. Imagine the contrast. Our 5 senses are flooded with information, sensations, hungry feelings, not very clear vision, etc... We then need a lot of comfort and reassurance, and the role of our mum and dad or any other substitute is therefore paramount to avoid negative repercussions and to grow in confidence.

Of course, fear is inevitable, because we navigate in the unknown as if we were navigating in the dark, without any data. But with our instincts telling us that the person holding us is there to protect us and help us. We let it happen, we let ourselves be guided and nurtured.




So how have we lost that innocence and that spark of life as an adult and even as a teenager? 


Is it becoming grown up, or is there more to it?


One thing is for sure, we don't learn the things that will help us navigate this human reality, in school, because the information we need is not technical, but emotional  and how the way that we manage them influences our life. 


But here we are, at school we are taught to read and speak in order to communicate, but then we start to enter into equations and formulas - in short we are conditioned to apply logic, rules, obey dogma and be pragmatic while fleeing from our emotions.


So we don't talk about emotions at school, and most of the time neither at home. We even avoid these subjects, because they make parents and teachers uncomfortable, because they too do not know how to deal with their emotions and those of their children. And as you can see, we privilege our logic brain and our body early on in life.

I insisted on the notion of emotion, because we are going to see why it is so important to understand and learn to manage our emotions in order to have a positive influence on our children's future, as opposed to causing a difficult situation for them.

To do this we will look at how children acquire the information that will be the basis of their education, and thus how we have acquired it too.

The learning process from 0 to 7 years old.


How we learn from the age of 0 to 7 or 8 is through" hypnosis" (hypnotic state).

There are 5 types of brain waves, some of which act at a low frequency, and others at a higher frequency. The 2 predominant waves in children are theta and delta.

From 2 to 6 years old, the predominant wave is theta (from 4 to 8 Hz) which promotes imagination (for example, they think that a broomstick is as real as an actual horse).

During this hypnotic state a large volume of information can be downloaded into our subconscious.


The human program was designed in 3 stages:

Stage 1: 

A basic program which includes instinctive and survival-related behaviors such as the action of feeding, breathing and more.


In order for the child to adapt to the environment in which he was born and which is changing and evolving, another program was needed.


Stage 2 

Software that evolves and allows the child to download information from the environment and whatever and whomever he comes into contact with it.

Simply watching and listening allows the child to record the information needed for his survival in the specific environment in which he was born, directly into his subconscious. Starting by observing the parents, the school, and then the culture, the religion and the traditions in which he was born and will evolve.

This will become his version of the world, and thus THE only world that is true.

It is important to know that during the stage of processing information, the child does not have the capacity to assess the information that he downloads.


After 7-8 years


Stage 3 Repetition.

Repetition has become the method by which information is acquired beyond the age of 7. Most of the learning takes place in school.  We learn the alphabet, we learn to count, etc. Repetition helps to store information in the subconscious.

Once you are an adult, the only means of learning is through repetition. Remember how you learned your job or even how to drive. It is now second nature.


Adult life


Now back to our unmanaged emotions, as I mentioned earlier.


The subconscious mind is a recording machine, as we saw, but it is also a machine that stores information in such a way as to make it available only when it is needed, so that we don't have to think about it. Indeed, we don't remember most of the information acquired between 0 and 7 years old during the "hypnotic" phase. Only our body remembers in the form of impressions, emotions  and feelings in the body.

This also means that the subconscious is impartial and stores everything, the good AND the bad.

At this age, we record everything that the people who educate us say and do. They transmit to us their good intentions, their love, but also their struggles, their fears, their neuroses, their traumas, all of which have been transferred from generation to generation via these very sophisticated programs.

Perhaps you can only imagine what it can do in the life of a human being, to have recorded that he was stupid, or that money is hard to get or that all men are monsters or that he must pass a good grade to receive love. Imagine a life or future relationships with these kinds of ideas? These things turn into disadvantages.


Now, how many of us are affected? 

Most ... and nowadays, it becomes really problematic. Indeed, we are living in increasingly neurotic societies and are thus educating our children to be more and more neurotic because of our own neuroses were acquired by others before us.

Instead of opening our eyes to this situation, we are inventing more and more dangerous medical  treatments to deal with something that is spreading like a virus, but for which medication can do little.

On the contrary, we are becoming more and more unhappy, angry, violent, depressed, and in addition to medications, we have become dependent on other dangerous substances as a palliative to life, including drugs, alcohol, etc., which help to numb our problems, once again, without solving them.

To solve them, we must end the circle.

We can start with learning who we are. Learning to manage our emotions and feelings because they act as weapons, and we hurt others with them all the time. 


That's why it's nobody's fault, but we have to wake up now and raise our awareness.

Every day we find new mental conditions that affect children, but we do it to them.

If these children are affected by something, it is by the total lack of education of what a human being is, what he is made of and how it works. How to behave in society and how to manage relationships. Love and sex, what are the differences? 

Since this is one of the largest taboo subjects, perpetuated from generation to generation, no one wants to touch it and that's why children learn through pornography, as we know now. It further damages the relationship between men and women, starting from an earlier age. That is how a lack of emotional care and education can continue to widen the gap of misunderstanding between the two genders.


We all struggle, because in the end we are not taught what's useful for us to dance with life. Instead, we learn how to distrust and protect ourselves from it


Learning an equation or a list of numbers doesn't help us deal with life during and after school. Once we are let loose in pseudo freedom, we don't know what to do so we follow the herd and that's a prison for life.

We have officially lost our individuality and freedom, and with it the blueprints we came to earth with.


How do we get our freedom back?

Not all is lost, it is possible to regain our freedom as humanity, which is what motivated me to speak to you today.

It requires not only an attempt to question and understand, but also a rigorous training, because if such a repetitive training was necessary to record the bad habits and ideas which sabotaged our life, we also need a similar one to change them.


What training do we need to receive?

In my opinion, there are 3 types of training that must be done to reverse the tendency.


1- Training #1: 

Evolving through attention and presence.


First of all, it is essential to remember that the subconscious mind is our recording and storing device and that our conscious mind represents everything we desire, our creativity, our imagination and desires, but also our thoughts and our logic. 


Unfortunately, according to numerous studies, we are only conscious for 5% to 10% of our time. During the remaining 90 to 95% of our life, we are under the influence of our programs, which are conducted by our subconscious, causing us to live our lives on autopilot.

The problem with this is that we are not aware of our life, and therefore we cannot appreciate it. Most importantly, we move in the direction of the herd, the society, others, but not the direction that our conscious mind would like to follow, our personal path.


5% of the time we desire and the rest of the time we endure without knowing it.


This means that on the one hand, we must develop our attention in the moment by practising catching ourselves thinking, in order to return to the present moment where life happens.

Practising mindfulness was designed to do this, i.e. to practice being present with what we are doing, or being attentive to the person we are with, or being at one with the environment or even with our bodily sensations.

There are other effective practices, which I will discuss in the future.


However, the problem is that developing attention and presence is not enough.

This explains why so many people who want to change their lives fail.


2- Training #2: 

Reprogramming the subconscious mind to rewrite one's story and that of future generations.


Let's take an example that will help us understand how the human mind works, and how to use it to our advantage.


You are in your car with a friend. You are driving, and suddenly she asks you what you did on Saturday night.

In order to answer, your consciousness will go into the subconscious, retrieving memories that are stored, to find the information, for your friend.

At this point, the subconscious mind takes over the driving in autopilot. You have learned to drive by repetition, and it has become automatic. Your consciousness mind can do something else.


We do this all day long, which explains the tiny 5% of the time we are "conscious" in other words attentive.


We saw earlier that when we are adults the way we acquire information is through repetition and when we are children it is through hypnosis or theta mode.

When we are adults, this theta state is achieved through sleep or through voluntary hypnosis.


In order to reprogram ourselves, we must address the subconscious mind. 

And we can do this in 2 ways; during the day and at night.

How can we do this? By recording the opposite idea of what traumatized us or prevented us from moving forward in our life, and by replaying the audio every day and night.


For example, if you are experiencing a lack of financial abundance due to the widespread belief that money is hard to come by and not available in sufficient quantities for everyone, you can record keywords or phrases that are the opposite and constructive this time, and play the recording.


This sort of reprogramming doesn't have to be complicated, because the words that killed your self-confidence were very simple "You are worthless, money is a monster", etc. so simplicity is also applicable the other way around.

Repetition will trigger change.


1- During the day, wear your headphones and repeat the audio not too loudly, and when your consciousness subsided, your words will be registered by your subconscious.


2- During the night, when we go from the Theta phase which is the gateway to the subconscious, to  deep sleep, known as delta, where consciousness is no longer present, it is time to play the audio every day for weeks and months.


3- Training #3: 

Managing our emotions to prevent repeating the same patterns.


I have saved this last part for the end, so it will be our conclusion. Training to transform our lives also means not passing on the same things to our own children or to those we are raising or in contact with, which requires us to master our emotions.

Recognizing that we have them for a reason, but also that they should influence our lives positively without controlling it, and that we should never make others suffer from our lack of control and self-knowledge, even if it is not directly our doing.


It only becomes our fault when we finally know about it and instead of doing something to change ourselves, we continue to live as if nothing has happened, only to complain that our life is not suitable for us.

That would not make sense.

Conventional medicine VS alternative medicine


More and more of us are choosing to turn to alternative medicines or solutions when it comes to our health. Indeed, a growing number of terrifying conclusions from studies made on the danger of drugs are revealed every year in the world.


They showed that the estimated total number of iatrogenic deaths—that is, deaths induced inadvertently by a physician or surgeon or by medical treatment or diagnostic procedures—in the US annually is close to 800000 people. By comparison, approximately 700.000 Americans died of heart disease in 2001, while 500.000 died of cancer.


In addition, our modern societies see more and more diseases and conditions added through time, many affecting children, whom we put under treatment, from a very young age, thinking that it is for their own good.


Often these treatments are expensive, and prescribed for life. Their side effects and impact on the child's growth and life are not being addressed. This is how  pharmaceutical lobbies make their fortune.


So why do we continue to consume these drugs?


We have been conditioned for generations to leave the responsibility of our health and well-being to western medicine, and above all to let others take care of us when it is our duty. This tendency to rely on the outside is reflected in all areas of our lives. We rely on our spouse, our parents, our teachers, our supermarkets, our bosses, our politicians and of course our doctors and pharmacists.


Some manufacturers, by offering professional training, may be tempted to influence health actors to their advantage. This observation underlines the importance of training courses that are independent of industrial lobbying, which work to avoid insidiously induced formatting and thus make it possible to provide serious, recognized and validated information.


We are all conditioned to learn, repeat and propagate the same thing for generations, despite the unsatisfactory results in our time. We continue to believe only in a medicine that gives only pills as an answer to everything.


Western medicine is very good, don't get me wrong, but much more so in the resolution of acute pain or occasional conditions such as surgery or toothache, etc., However, western medicine remains unsatisfactory in the treatment of chronic conditions which need resolution at the root cause and not systematically addressing the consequences as these recur. But here we are, Western medicine only believes in relieving pain without understanding the cause.


Change of mentality 


The arrival of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine, with its holistic approach, in the west, is causing a change, an evolution of mentality that is becoming more and more rapid. We are waking up to the fact that each of our decisions, actions, thoughts, have an impact on our health and on the quality and length of our lives and those of our children.

We are more emancipated and gradually we decide for ourselves, instead of waiting for the solution to be brought to us.

This is due to the fact that we have more and more access to information.


How to attract well-being and health


Attracting wellness and health into our lives depends on our capacity to accept that we need to get to the root of our chronic problems, even if this takes time and requires change through personal effort and work.


It also means accepting pain and learning to manage it as well as our stress, and thus avoiding the systematic use of drugs that are harmful to our health.


In summary, to attract well-being and health, it is important to avoid taking medication as the first solution and instead focus on pain, emotion and stress management. We must also change our lifestyles and eating habits, because they poison us and cause diseases. Our system suffers so much that our life expectancy is reduced.


However, drugs are still a solution when nothing else works, even thought that should not be automatic.


How could we help our physicians to help us? By telling them that we are looking for an alternative solution first and that you prefer they explore other resources first, unless there is no other choice.

Of course, I am not here to tell you to never take a pill again because some diseases and conditions necessitate drugs, but I invite you to research what is good or not for you.

Eliminating what is not necessary will make a tremendous difference in your and your children's health.

Changing your lifestyle and food diet too. If you want to restore your health, you have to let your system do its job by removing all resistance and interferences.


Easier said than done? Yes

We work too much, don’t play enough, eat too much AND bad foods. So unless we transform ourselves, our habits and thinking pattern, our health will be mediocre.


Does it sound like a big work? Yes, it does and because transforming our lives demands willingness dedication and a long and repetitive training that the brain needs in order to integrate new habits,  many of us fail and fall back to the old patterns like taking a lot of medicines or eating junk food because it is so much easier. We forget all the dangerous consequences.

So what are we waiting for? Can we afford to wait for all a system to change, to change our health and well-being? Won’t it be too late? 

Are you waiting for a majority of people to manifest their health, to start doing the same ting? Do you need to see what others do in their lives to know what’s good or not for you ?


Some of our chronic illnesses can be due to factors such as genes and environment, which we can't do much about, while others are due to our lifestyle and dietary choices, and most of them are psychosomatic.


Why a medication is not always the solution, especially for chronic diseases?


Medications are not harmless, for they affect our immune system, which over time can cause illness in response to prolonged exposure to some molecules. If we strain our body's vital functions, isn't it normal that over time it becomes unbalanced or dysfunctional?


Medications are not designed for long-term use and taking them to numb pain or discomfort does not solve the problem. As soon as we stop the medication, it seems to come back, but in fact it has never gone away.


Imagine after 1 year 5 years or even 10 years of using a molecule that on the one hand helped you, but on the other hand may have poisoned you.


What is the solution?


The solution is stop stressing our body with all chemical substances, unnatural and even natural, because after all our stress hormone is indeed natural and yet it is harmful if released over a sustained period of time).


Allowing our bodies and minds to be at peace allows the body to self-regulate, for this is a natural function and our birthright. 


The more resistance we create, the more life energy we burn and the more we prevent our body from making the "good drugs" that are necessary for our cells to regenerate.  We thus attract poor health, dis-ease, stress and unhappiness.


Emotional Management


Emotional healing plays a vital role in our physical recovery.


By ignoring our emotions, we open the door to life's ills and diseases.


Emotional awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence. It is the ability to recognize and acknowledge our emotions and their influence on our behaviours, our decisions, how we perform and therefore the direction our lives take.


If you are not aware of what is going on inside you, then you cannot influence or change it.


By practising emotional intelligence, you can learn a lot more about the world inside you that directly influences your health, your well-being, your whole life.


Emotional intelligence or emotional engineering teaches you to recognize who, what, and why you are being triggered. The science will help you take control when you are in a state of anger, frustration, loneliness or depression.  You will learn to identify when you are reacting and recognize the circumstances, situations and people that caused the reaction.

You will learn to understand your reactions by analyzing the beliefs around them and how limiting they are.


Become emotionally intelligent by using what you have learned to anticipate your reactions. 


The 3 most effective tools for working on emotional intelligence are meditation, visualization and mindfulness.


By focusing on our feelings, we are able to better understand them, thus ourselves and others.


The placebo effect and the nocebo effect


In medicine, there are two ways to explain the influence of the mind on diseases:


The PLACEBO effect, which proves that our mind can heal.


There is also its opposite, the NOCEBO effect, which shows the negative impact of mind on our health.


We have seen that our emotions, influenced by our thoughts, influence our lives and the development of diseases.


Diseases are the physical manifestation of our unaddressed emotional blockages. 


Emotional blockages accumulate and form layers that become difficult to overcome. Adressing our blockages could in some cases help prevent certain illnesses.


The disturbances are felt on an energetic and emotional levels level first before they manifest in the physical.


The emotional blockages that come from the past, often from childhood before the age of 7 or 8, are mostly unconscious. They generate negative responses and suffering throughout our lives if not addressed.


This is why it is important to work on our inner child, in a constructive way, in order to revive memories linked to emotions that sometimes only our body remembers.


Making the connection


By making the connection, and resolving the energy blockage, we restore the homeostatic function of our body, which is the capacity of a system to maintain its internal environment in balance.

This is our birthright.


If the life we are living, which is influenced by our unresolved emotions, is difficult to bear, it means that it is time to look in the mirror and ask ourselves: "What are the beliefs and traumas that deprived me of  my right to self-healing ?

Who hasn't fallen in love? 


You know that feeling of spaciousness, expansion, inclusion. The beauty of the world touches us then.  The birds are singing, as always, but we hear them as we did the first time. This time we see the sunset, its beauty even brings tears to our eyes.


We feel intoxicated, energetic, we dream so much about this person we have fallen in love with, that we forget to eat, for once, because we don't need food, to feel better, now that we have love in our lives.


We don't remember what was bothering us even the day before. Problems? What problems? Everything seems to have disappeared.



Does this sound familiar?


This is heaven on earth and you created it

How did you do it?


When we fall in love with someone, we dream about them and create ideal stories. Things we like about them or experiences we would like to have with them. Dreams like desires trigger a whole chemistry inside us. The type of hormones and molecules our brain releases depends on the situation and the emotional state we are in.


For example, if you are in danger, because a wild animal threatens you, the brain, as a response, produces stress hormones which will create a series of changes in your system. The organs that are used to escape or fight the enemy or help stay alive, become the priority even above vital functions.


When we fall in love, the hormones that the brain releases are happy hormones.  This is why we feel euphoric, happy and full of energy.

When we are angry or even anxious, our brain releases stress hormones very much like when we are in danger, except that we are not. These are known to be harmful to our health and also affect our mood and mental health in the long run.


Why do we stop being in love?


The reason we stop being in love or loved is not that love comes and goes, but rather that we stop paying attention to the partner and to the relationship itself.


Before we meet love, we lead a fairly conventional life most of the time, with problems, difficult emotions to manage, feelings of loneliness, boredom at work or at home, lack of money, lack of time and all sorts of difficulties we are subjected to. 

When we are in love, our problems do not go away, they are automatically put aside simply because we focus our attention elsewhere.

Now our worries become secondary. We are captured by love and nothing else matters.

However, when the "honeymoon" phase, as Professor Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief, calls it, is over, the problems that we had put aside come back.


Indeed, sooner or later we land back on earth and resume our "normal" life. We go about our usual business and our concerns catch up with us.

So we " change " in the eyes of our partner. But in reality we just reverted to the person we were before. When we were very much in love, we were different, because we were under the influence of the love hormones. That person was also ourselves, but only an improved version. The best one, in fact.


Unfortunately, being ourselves again is confusing, and causes misunderstanding and suffering to the other as well as to ourselves. Sooner or later, everyone returns to their reality. It is like waking up the day after a drunken party. We don't remember very well what happened, everything seems different, confused, more " realistic " to our great despair. The end you probably know...


In order to keep the flame of love alive, we need to be more present and attentive to our partner and to the relationship, just like with any other project.

Unfortunately, most of the time we don't do this, because we don't know how to deal with another human being. Indeed, we have never learned this and many think that love is a matter of luck and not of work.


We create the chemistry of love within us and this is something that can be felt with many people, because it is not the people we meet, but ourselves, that create this state.


The problems we experience are the consequence of our negative perception of life, not because someone is causing us unhappiness. 


We appear to be suffering all the time. We rarely feel satisfied and do not enjoy the small pleasures that the present moment offers, because we always want better than this moment.


Not all men are like this and not all women are like that, but if we continue to believe that we can find the perfect person, with such a state of mind, then no wonder we are unhappy in love.

How do we replicate this state of love?


The way our brain conditions our behaviours is connected to the emotional state we offer. To recreate the state that we find ourselves in when we fall in love, we should do exactly the same things, in order to trigger similar emotions. 


We should act the same way, feel the same way, see life the same way.

Certainly, this is easier said than done when we have no one in front of us to trigger this passion.

Relationships are very much romanticized by the media; In reality, we are not meant to be in love with each other for the rest of our lives. 


As appealing as it sounds, the idea is just a story that has been told for generations, and that we bought into. Many of us are feeling lonely, and the comforting idea of two people against the rest of the world has been around for a long time. We don't need to be two against the world, because the world doesn't need to be battled over.


Our life can be heaven on earth or hell, and it is up to us to choose.

Moreover, as many of us already know, being in a relationship is not a formula for success. Who has never felt alone, even when in the company of someone else?


There is no point in waiting to find a new partner to be in love, because everything happens within us.


It is up to us to choose to feel love without waiting for someone, just because it feels good and because it helps us to solve our problems.

Love felt only within the couple is part of the story we are told. In reality, true love is unconditional. It is an inner experience.


A partner acts as a match that ignites the flame, but is not the flame. He or she is a conduit for creating the magic (the chemistry of love), but we don't need one to feel deep love inside us at all times.


In our culture, love is conditional, this means that if we love someone, and they don't reciprocate we don't call it love, and we suffer. 

Why is that? 


Whether it is mutual or not, we are the ones who produce and feel that love. 

It's happening inside. It is our choice to love or not to love someone, and if it is love it should continue regardless of circumstances and the way they feel about it. 


Loving unconditionally means that we choose to love authentically, not in response to the other person and their perception of us.


But our ego does not accept this as being one way. 

Again, society has imposed on us a definition of love where feelings should be equally shared. If you love me, then I will continue to love you. 

Does this sound realistic?


To restore the honeymoon effect in your lives, choose to love everyone and everything around you without asking for anything in return, just because it feels good.


How can falling in love solve our problems?


Our pain becomes suffering because of the tragic old stories we build around it and that often started years or even decades before and that are kept alive for so long.


When we continue talking about them, all that negativity and suffering remain active in our energy field.


Why is this important?


It is important to understand that the brain triggers a series of chemical processes which depend on the quality of our thoughts and emotions. If we are happy, we send out good vibrations and the brain releases good hormones, such as those often called happy and love hormones. 

They promote our health and well-being. When we live happily, our life unfolds as if by magic. 


On the contrary, if we feel anxious, stressed, or angry, we project poor vibrations, and the brain releases the so-called stress hormones. When we do not live in harmony with ourselves and the world, we often attract a series of negative events.


The problem is that vibrations of the same frequency attract each other

This is why if you are attracting negative people, events and experiences at the moment this is because you are not in harmony.


When our vibrations are more often low than high, we attract more low-vibration experiences. You have probably heard the expression "bad luck comes in three". It means everything comes in a series. This is true for the negative as well as the positive.


If you align yourself with the frequency of joy, peace or love, you attract corresponding experiences.


Conclusion


It is easier to train ourselves to feel love, because we can simply imagine someone we have loved to create that inner chemistry again.

Or by imagining the ideal person for you, writing down what you would like, visualizing the person and all the things you would like to do together, and soon you will be dreaming about love even at night.


The excitement you feel about meeting the love of your life is very effective in creating the chemistry of love. It can cure all illnesses. 

Because the brain doesn't know the difference between reality and anticipation, visualization is your best asset and healing instrument.


Your brain releases corresponding hormones and molecules and if you stay in this state long enough, then prepare not only to feel wonderful as if you were falling in love, but also to manifest positive opportunities in all areas of your life.


Love everything that surrounds you. See life with beginner's eyes every minute of your day and fall in love without reservation, that's how you'll solve your problems.

We know that there is suffering in the world


We know  it can affect anyone. People on television, but also close to us like our neighbours, our colleagues, our family. But also ourselves. 

In reality, out of 7 billion inhabitants, 7 billion suffer, often without realizing it, because when we are caught up in a system that we do not control, and that we think is in our favour, we follow the direction imposed on us in spite of ourselves since we were born. 


So we don't question it, we don't question what 'is'. Everyone does it that way, so that's life, isn't it? 




It is therefore difficult to recognize that this feeling of emptiness, fear, anger, depression, sometimes lassitude, is not due to a genetic disorder, a mental or physical illness. 

So we waste time looking in all the wrong places. 


We don't know that we are capable and deserving and that there is nothing wrong with us. 

  

We don't know that we are so fragile and so connected that the whole planet is suffering from the same things we are.


We don't talk about emotions and feelings that get in the way, so we don't know what's going on in the world.


It's hard to acknowledge that it's not our fault if we're not happy, and we don't give ourselves permission to complain, so "everything's fine in the best of all possible worlds" isn't it? 

But here's the thing, our lives are stolen from us by this human program called conditioning, which has been perpetuated for generations. 


The discomfort we feel is the gap between whom we have become and who we really are. A gap between what we do through orchestrated manipulation, repeated from one generation to the next, and what we really want. 


It is an inner battle, but we have no idea.


The basis of conditioning is that we don't know that we are conditioned. After an endless and subtle formatting, we feel as though our choices come from us. So we think we are doing what we want.


On the other hand, when something negative happens to us, we get confused and ask God or the angels why they abandoned us, or we wonder "what did I do to deserve this", as if our destiny was in someone else's hands. 

If that is true, in whose hands, or rather, what hands? Who is holding the keys?

If our destiny is in our hands, why we do not seem to be in control of our lives?

What is this force?


The things that go wrong in our lives are all related to our society's conditioning, which has encircled us with preconceived ideas, invented stories and also contributed to form the beliefs that now limit us. 


We have become prisoners of these. These stories are played out in the background and are like the strings of the puppeteer's puppet.


Shift in consciousness


A shift in consciousness will take place when we integrate that we are not the puppet, but the puppeteer. The puppeteer (our true nature) is not aware of its own existence, so the puppet (body and mind) moves along with the strings (the conditioning programs).

 

In other words, we have followed the direction of the herd, instead of our own, in an automated way, without questioning, and now we are suffering.


Stop the suffering


To stop the suffering, we have to get out of the conditioning and reprogram the GPS of our lives.

There are other realities, other dimensions of life, where suffering is not compulsory. 


Where we don't need to put our suffering to sleep with pills, alcohol, drugs or impulse buying, a mountain of projects or even children, to feel that our burden does not exist.


In reality, you are right, it does not exist because it has been fabricated.


I propose that we initiate a shift in consciousness by focusing on our conditioning.

Through the sessions, we will dismantle the masks of society.


As a society, we taught ourselves to refuse suffering. We do not accept change and our own impermanence. So we keep everything to ourselves, our feelings our emotions. 

We are saturated with negative and sometimes damaging thoughts. 

Conclusion


Now it is time to open our mouths and our minds to stop perpetuating the human suffering.

To have pain is normal but to experience suffering occurs when we carry on with what has happened to us for years and decades, and sometimes we never get over it, it is because we have misunderstood what life is all about.

Situation

Welcome to the 5th dimension with your podcast and newsletter "5D Metamorphosis - 


In 2020 our lives changed forever with COVID-19. People died, suffered isolation, committed suicide, lost our jobs.

We were not prepared for this, our governments either. 

They  didn’t always know how to handle things and sometimes used the situation for political reasons.

We lost trust and confidence.



2021 will be as difficult in a different way.

We have to adapt to our new condition, let go of the past, the way things were and won’t be again. 

Learn new ways to live, to work; to interact.


We are learning flexibility, resilience, acceptance. But acceptance of our new normal not of the world. 



For that we wake up and that is the reason why 2021 is going to be the most challenging year. 


We cannot unsee what we’ve seen, unhear what we’ve heard and unfeel what we’ve felt

It is time to move on and go forward.



What are we waking up from?




Problem

The world we created us human beings is NOT the truth.


We were implanted ideas such as difference, hierarchy,  people who at the top of the chain kill people at the end of the chain like something normal, competition, war for ideas that want to be imposed on others, dying for a piece of land, tyranny, violence and cruelty, bullying, isolation, formatting, conditioning, fear based control, lack: lack of food lack of technology lack of resources, lies, manipulation and much more...

All these things are “normal”. It became the norm in a world where we know about them and we just let them be.

We live in an inverted reality where wrong is good and bad is right  


The result is anger, hunger, suffering, slavery, violence, increase in mental problems and solitude.

What makes you think it is the truth.


I invite you to go deep within:   close your eyes and    ask yourself:


Do I know this world is real because I can apprehend it with my 5 senses?

Do I know this world is real only because I was told?)


What makes you think that people who told you "this world is like that and not otherwise are right"? Is it because they are plenty?


Is it because you believe you don’t have the intellectual ability to prove it and they sort of can? Even though you don’t really understand what they know about reality. It is because they actually don’t know themselves, ( They give names to things they don't know, so that it sounds like they do know). In other words,  they sound clever, you give them credit,  And you even think “by the way millions like me give them credit too” so it means it is true.


But What do we really know? What do YOU really know? 

AND Who is the one who knows?


Who are you? 

I’m a man a woman I’m young I’am skinny I’m unemployed I’M RICH POOR TIRED STUPID, BETTER, I’M LESS, I’m not worthy. I’m depressed. I like the color red. It reminds me of…  blood what? or maybe just a flower. Not sure.


Who taught you these things?


 If you know deep within that you are more than just a few sentences you will see that maybe the world is much more than it appears to be? WE ARE LIMITED


Behind the veil of this human experience is a bigger purpose. There is more.

You can only discover it if you give it a chance.


If you are open to these suggestions, you plant seeds of transformation that will grow one day. Making you a better and more happy person.

If you are NOT open to these suggestions then you still plant seeds that will still grow one day, but much later and so with more suffering.

We can fear or take action.

Alternative

The world is NOT the truth BUT a version of what it could be

It means:  it depends on us

It means it is waiting for us to create another version. A better one. A fair one.

Where to start

How do you want 2021 to be? 

JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS YEARS?


As we start to wake up as humanity, we less and less tolerate what we are waking up to. 

What”’s going ? Why does everything seem to fall apart?


The darkness reveals itself as the light is getting brighter


We didn't see it, but it was already there

It means it is time to act more than to talk.


It is time to walk the talk for some and be aware of the situation for others.

We are on a personal and collective journey. We can choose to start today.

We are the change, and it means by taking different decisions, votes and actions we can revert this world back to a peaceful place.


I chose to start this journey in 2015 and with like-minded souls I shall continue.


Do you agree that if we accept that our beliefs, any,  are ours, only, and that we don’t have to impose them on others, we could live in peace? 


But what to do alone? You are NOT alone

What to do when you just wake up and are terrified and overwhelmed by the work to accomplish for a better humanity? No rush because we have eternity for that. 

This lifetime and others until life becomes liveable on earth. 

Through generations. 


This is how we got here, and this is how we will revert the suffering that we’ve created for ourselves as humanity and for other species.


Our role is to educate our loved ones to be better and more thoughtful people. 

Stop competition and say yes to inclusiveness. 

To teach, we are all connected and have an impact on others and the whole planet. We are the collective consciousness and each of us individually by taking the right action can alter the direction that we take. Let’s choose a fair world.

We can meet with like-minded people who want to walk the talk too and change the world together. You are not alone

It is time for our mantra

OM MANI PADME HUM

It is used to Free ourselves from suffering and attachment.

You can repeat it 7 times silently or out loud all day long.

Can spiritual practices really heal you ?

#1 5D NEWSLETTERS - MAY 2021


Today I would like to talk about the spiritual and personal development practices that we sometimes do such as meditation, Yoga, reading spirituality books, participating in retreats etc...

Why?

Simply because a lot of people are not moving forward, feel stuck in their progression and are asking questions.


Today we are opening the dialogue to better understand what is going on underneath these practices, what we expect from them and what we should rather understand and do to move forward.




Spiritual practices are tools.

They allow us to focus our attention on the transformative work we seek. This means that they cannot do the active work for us.


In other words, practising meditation, for example, helps us to better understand our nature and the nature of the monkey mind, but it cannot do the action for us. 


When we become sensitive to a teaching, it is not enough to know it. It is still necessary to put it into practice in order to integrate it.


Indeed, practising Yoga twice a week between 4 and 6 o'clock is not enough. 

We must become and embody what we have learned in our daily life and until the end of our lives. 

Otherwise.... we just lose our awareness.


What do I mean by losing our awareness? 

The robotic tendency of our brain, which is certainly useful but very limited.

Our brain is a great recording machine. All our experiences, good or traumatic, everything we have been told since we were born, even the ridiculous, nasty and even threatening things

It's all stored in our subconscious; where our memories are and in our unconscious where resides all our programmes : fear, lack of confidence and anger. 


Those programmes which then play out in our life and influence it without us knowing it, lead us in spite of ourselves to a life which we have not consciously chosen.


How?

Our normal or natural state is to have a monkey or wild mind. To be negative, to say no first, to react all day long to the same programmes that are played out in the background without our awareness of it. 

Free will is not possible when we are not aware of what makes us go in this or that direction. 


We have the impression that we are deciding, but this is not the case.


Some practices aim at remembering those things that we have run away from, but this has no point other than to bring back suffering. 

Analysing one's past and that of one's ancestors can bring out difficult discoveries. ARE WE PREPARED for THAT?


We have so many programmes buried in our cells that we don't remember; We just know we have them and that we need to change something in our lives and try “to find out” exactly "what is wrong with us". 

In order to reduce the intensity of these programmes, it is necessary to train every day of your life to reduce the grip of these programmes.

By the way, everything is OK with you. We all have worries and challenges, but everything is OK with all of us.


Yoga, books, retreats, or even what I say, help to raise awareness, but they are tools that cannot replace action.


Our life must become a spiritual practice.


Yes meditate, yes do yoga, yes go to conferences and retreats because it supports our quest But NO it is not a magic pill that we can take, if the rest of the time we live the same way, make the same mistakes, react the same way with those around us. 


Neither will it be useful to lock yourself in a cave to avoid people and the world simply because when you come out of it the world is still there, but you will not have learnt not to react in front of everything and all the people that trigger your emotional reactions like anger, impatience, hatred etc. 


The world, the people, the situations you will never be able to change them one by one, you will die of burnout before! 


Society has created these identities that stick to us.


Only you can change by changing your perception of your reality day after day.


If someone makes you angry whether they are right or wrong in your opinion, you have 2 choices: 

React angrily as usual. 

Or not react at all and stay calm and peaceful.

 After all, it's their problem if they don't like you. 


The ego doesn't accept, but the consciousness which you are underneath has no ego.


Living mindfully or driven by the ego is the choice of every minute of one's life. 


A spiritual practice will not make you do the work of colliding with life and learning from it to grow for your own good and the good of all. 

Our bad attitude and temper have a negative impact on others which in turn have a negative impact on those around them and so on.


There is no pill or miracle practice. 

Only the mastery of our ego and the will to change ourselves by practising not to react to everything we react to, will help us evolve and heal and be calm, stable and happy.


I propose that we transform our life into a spiritual practice 24 hours a day so that we can finally evolve.



In the meantime, continue practising yoga meditation and other modalities but remember that on top, YOU must do the real work of transformation.



You can start with me today with this intention which will be the subject of the mantra for today followed by a sound bath to finish the session.
